Unscrupulous and unprofessional. Avoid if possible.:
We recently moved out of a rental that the Kelly Company assisted the owner in renting out and with the move out. We conducted an initial move out inspection with the owner to see if there were any issues, repairs or further cleaning that needed to be done to avoid deductions from our deposit. The owner was satisfied and we assumed all would go well with receiving our full deposit back. Upon the Kelly Company's "inspection" they sited areas that needed to be cleaned that they claimed were not as clean as the move in pictures they allegedly had. When all was said and done it turns out they don't have any pictures and they made false accusations in an attempt to deny us part of our deposit so the owner could use services provided by the Kelly Company to clean the home..quite the scam. They did NOT return our deposit with a detailed itemized list of deductions within the 21 days they are legally supposed to and are lucky we are not taking them and the owner to court to seek punitive damages up to twice the deposit amount. There is something wrong when we have to explain California rental law to a rental agency. They tried to take advantage us and are taking advantage of the home owner. If you have a choice, avoid dealing with this unscrupulous and unprofessional company. They blatantly lied to us and contradicted what the home owner told us. They assume we were not well versed in California rental law and sought to make a profit based on that. We received our deposit back less $155 and were still not provided with receipts of services deducted for or a detailed list of deductions as required by law. Shame on you Kelly Company. It is no wonder one of their ex-employees is under federal investigation.

Great customer service:
I visited the office in Leisure Town, Vacaville. I was looking for information on available properties for sale or rent in the Vacaville area.
The staff was friendly and gave me lists including detailed information. I could drive around and browse by myself. If I wanted a tour of homes for sale, it was as easy as providing what I was expecting, how many I wanted to see. Pick a time, and it was done!!!
