My parents came to town for a few days and my dad wanted to take everyone out to a nice dinner. We choose Kenny's because my brother said he heard good things about it. The food was pretty good, but our waitress, Jessica, was horrible. I have been in the service industry for ten years and can forgive alot of things, but she was straight up rude and condescending. She rushed us threw dinner, rolled her eyes at our questions, removed our half-eaten food before we were done and gave us ugly looks the whole time. I will never go back to that restaurant because of the service.

Loyalists "love" this "clubby" "neighborhood" grill in Addison with "excellent" American fare, "generous cocktails" and an "active bar scene" all overseen by an "accommodating" crew; the decor has the "feel of a good steakhouse", and though acoustics are a little "loud", it's "enjoyable" nonetheless.
