Are you kidding me? I absolutely love Kentuckiana Plumbing. I have an area of plumbing in my business that is awkward to get to, that was serviced by another company, who charged me HUGE service fees via annual contract and for each visit. This worked out nicely for my old company as they charged tons extra in access fees and never fixed the problems so that they get to come back every 2 months and charge me more. A good friend recommended Butch Thurman of Kentuckiana Plumbing. Not only did they come immediately and cost way less than anyone else, they actually fixed the problem saving me thousands of dollars. I have since given this company 5 other jobs and recommended them to all of my friends and colleagues. Why can't every business in Louisville run their operation like these guys???? Kudos!!!! BIG TIME!!!!!!
