Terrible service all around:
I went in for a notary and to send an 8 page fax. The staff was slow to acknowledge me and even slower to send the fax. She had to send it twice due to a failure and then after I left I got a call from my fax recipient that only half of the pages arrived. When I returned to the store, they had closed at 2:00 in the afternoon!
