Go here if you wish to have a nightmare !:
My experience at Knight Vision has been a practical nightmare. They have me a wrong prescription and VERY VERY LOW quality service. I hope others do not have a nightmare like I did. Hence I am writing this review. I also purchased spectacles from this place but since they prescribed the wrong power for the lenses of the spectacles, I asked for a refund. However, they are refusing to do so!!! This place is a RIP OFF.
I went to this place since they advertize on their website that they have very modern equipment. But what good is the modern equipment if the operators using it are illiterate? You will find dumb and snobbish doctors. I got a WRONG PRESCRIPTION from the doctor who is the son of the owner of this place. I then visited another doctor In Knight Vision to recheck my eyes and the second doctor was just not ready to do that. She insisted that she would only go by the measurements taken by the first doctor.
I then went to a different optical center and got my eyes tested. And got the correct prescription. I am currently trying to get my money back from Knight Vision and it has been a pain. The opticians there are also very condescending and do not understand your troubles. Maybe they are used to VERY VERY low quality service. The doctors at this place keep BOASTING of their latest equipment. They have NO TIME for you though. There is also a man there in the opticals section who says very confidently that there is not much difference between lenses that are -0.50 different from each other! No kidding. I could go on and on.
In short, this is an experience you wish you never had. Just KEEP AWAY FROM KNIGHT VISION and save your money, time and your EYES!
