Where to Sit:
Good question. There isn't a bad one in the house but the Fountain Room, with its copper-colored textured wallpaper, has a fantastic view of the Strip and Bellagio fountains.
What to Drink:
Do you need to ask? Sake, of course. KOI serves a premium selection of sakes but also has a wine list that spans the globe.
