Stunning design is a hallmark of Koi, with its Indonesian wood carvings, witty golden Buddhas, and Bellagio fountain views. This West Hollywood import serves the usual sushi, but also Japanese takes on chicken and lamb dishes, as well as a goodly range of sakes and specialty cocktails. The crowd runs to the young, lovely, and deathly afraid of carbs.
