This place obviously doesn't know the concept of having an appointment, as they busy every one of their employees with a walk-in five minutes before their scheduled customers' appointments. Bad business.
As for the results, you really need to know who to see. I had a pedicure and full set done by one lady who rushed through the job, gave me crooked and bumpy fingernails that started lifting in 3 days. There is another lady there named Trina who does excellent nails. Definitely book with her!! She listens to what you wants, rather than assuming that everyone likes nails the same way.
