Ready to jettison Taco Bell's Mexican-fastfood menu in favor of something better, but still fast? This chain claims never to use can openers, freezers, microwaves, fryers or lard. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tostadas and salads are all made fresh and relatively healthy, without globs from the guacamole gun. The black bean and cheese burrito is worth coming back for.
