No idea about customer service:
This person was sent by Home Warranty Service. Spent most of his time reading a manual. Ignored all questions, said he had run out of time, left us with a leaking disposal and wanted $295. Gave him 95 and asked him to leave - 4 times and he ignored me until I called the police. Beware of them and the Warranty Service

Miserable business in every sense of the word:
This business is apparently run by some guy named Jason and his mother who are two of the most unreasonable people I have ever dealt with. I ordered a fridge part from them and the part was late so I asked when it would arrive, the customer service lady told me "she is neither UPS or Postal Service", and started yelling at me basically for asking about the part. Not wanting to write them a blank check on the time frame considering I need my fridge, I asked for what the cancellation policy was and the woman immediately cancelled my order without my confirmation and charged me an extremely unreasonable restocking fee. She then hung up on me and when I called back a few seconds later her son told me it was already cancelled and since I'm no longer their customer they don't have to talk to me and hung up the phone. It was pretty clear the part was never going to be in on time or near on time, so they just took my restocking fee and ran with it, what a miserable company. Now I'm wondering if they will even refund me the rest of the order, avoid like the plague.

UPDATE: It has been well over a week since the unprompted cancellation and the refund (less absurd restocking fees) never arrived in the mail. Running into these people honestly feels exactly like stepping on dog excrement... hard to blame the dog for not knowing societal rules. Avoid dealing with them unless you find rationality in expecting our canine friends to stand up and politely shake your hand instead of chasing its own tail.
