I was referred to this company through Home Depot's extended warranty plan. The issue was with my washer and I called to confirm with this company that I lived on a military base. They assured me it would not be a problem to have a technician come to my home. I took off work to be home when the person was suppose to arrive. I got the phone call saying he was on his way but he never showed. After almost an hour I called the company to see what happened and they told me he was unable to pass the background check for the military base. I asked if they could send someone else and the woman (Gail) stated that no one they had employed would be able to pass except the elderly owner of the company and the wife refused to allow him to go out on a job being that he is 70 years old. Very unprofessional BUT glad my base was able to weed out a company who could not efficiently hire the right people. I called the warranty company back and they are doing an internal review of this company for their sake. NOTE IF YOU LIVE ON A MILITARY BASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! Very poor customer service skills and argued over the phone with myself and a supervisor from the warranty company.
