Tuffy Lewis center gives honest advice. I think I will take the advice of the mechanic, Erik and take my next service somewhere else. When I questioned him about repairs and what he was telling me, he got angry and told me to take my vehicle somewhere else. I took my vehicle here for a coolant flush, thermostat replacement and a temp sensor replacement Due to the check engine light on and the p0128 code that it put out. They told me it was just that the coolant that needed flushed and they didn't think that the other items needed replaced. when I brought it home I had to spray the sludge off of the front, and the engine of my vehicle and the hood safety catch was also bent and sprung and inoperable. I repaired that. Within a few days the
check engine light came on again and when I read the codes it was indicating the same problems. I took it back. They replaced the other items at an additional cost, which is ok, but with the original coolant charge, it came to a significantly larger amount than the first quote when I took it in for all three items to be done. When Erik was done working on it, I was called that I could pick it up. The exchange between Erik and I took place and I paid for the work with the manager. When they started to back it out, they noticed That the brake master cylinder which they said had to be removed to replace the temp sensor, wasn't secured back down.They secured it and gave the vehicle to me.
Before I got off the lot, and the first time I pushed on the brake, it made an awful grinding pulsating sound from the brake pedal. I backed it up and gave it back. They pulled it on and off the rack and test drove it 5 times while I was waiting outside for an additional hour before they gave it to me again. When I got it home I found that the radiator didn't have fluid in it. They obviously didn't run the engine and cycle the coolant when they filled it (If they filled it). I don't think that having to take a vehicle back for poor work and mechanics getting belligerent with customers should be acceptable.

Another time I took my wife's vehicle in for a dash warning light that was on. When I was told it was done and went to pick it up, before I even got off the lot the light came back on and it stayed for another
days repairs for the same problem. I don't think this will be my future service center and mechanic.
