Although handsome Loie's Parisian doors open to the sidewalk, and its lunch and dinner menus feature brasserie-style burgers à cheval, this Rittenhouse-area spot functions mostly as a hangout for a business-school crowd. Weekend nights, the packed front bar is quite a scene. Around 9pm, the back dining room makes do as a dance floor. In late 2006, Loie added an upstairs lounge.
