I had hail damage to my roof and the insurance company agreed that I needed a complete roof replacement. I called a few companies to get quotes and chose Lon Smith Roofing for several reasons - the main reason I chose them however was because two close friends who had used them in the past recommended them. I also now am a fan of Lon Smith Roofing! They are highly organized, professional, very experienced working with insurance companies and the new roof looks outstanding too! They have been around forever too so I know I will have them if i have any warranty issues in the future.

They punctured my A/C line and would not pay to fix it. Similar to the previous post. I met 2 other people with disaster stories. If you hire them do your homework. Or just hire someone that is honest.

there was one and they were firedand inspector and two roofs ,better (straight) but pitiful,,!not roofers ,nor could they use their tools or proper equipment , i ,d hire a carpenter to put on a roof , not spanish speaking from the labpor pool''' they dont have their own crew,, like caulked bronze mp1 on austin stone chimney, like ice and water in the wrong places, like no chalk lines used even on starter row.....they dont own a blower, they dragged my moms new water hose on the roof..... they cut the valley flashing 3/4 inch short of the metal edge,, they bashed a hole in the decking for a static vent....... and im there having to tell them what they are doing wrong,,,,,,,i should have hired a crew myself hell i had my sons put mine own in 2008..... its just business as usual for them ......imagine doctors or mechanics like that?????? carpenter 38 years, i ve never this problem ...........austin texas

The roofing crew was great, the inspector was amazing and the clean up staff was even better.

The roof looks very nice and the clean-up was very good. The siding damage repair was somewhat delayed. Overall, I am pleased!

Thank you for making this easy for a novice. I have never had anything like this occur to my property on mass scale and you made it easy!
