The Lotus Self Defense Academy is centrally located in downtown. Lotus Self Defense has been in Spokane since 1975, making it one of the oldest active martial art schools in Eastern Washington. We offer instruction in the Lotus Self Defense system, a Kenpo based traditional martial art originating in Thailand, as well as Filipino Combative Arts (Arnis), Muay Thai and MMA.
