When this elegant establishment was a full-service dining room, chef Agnes Bellet supervised a menu of classic French cuisine. Today, she guides a breakfast venue focused on eggs Benedict, waffles and omelets, and reserves her haute cuisine capabilities for private events in the dining room, where wedding business seems to still thrive.
