Luggage Services and Logistics

Since 2014 the company has been providing Transportation Services, Nec.

AWFUL!! They are subcontracted via United Airlines. United lost my mom's luggage.....but Wheres My Suitcase got it at 3 pm yesterday....they subcontracted Luggage Services & Logistics....someone from there called at 11 PM and promised delivery within four hours (3AM). At 8AM we STILL did not have our luggage. I called 908-290-3068 and spoke with "Latoya" who promised that by 9AM the luggage would be it's way to us and delivered by 12:30 PM. It's now 2 PM and she STILL doesn't have her luggage. Now, they will get it to us within the hour.....I won't hold my breath!
