"Down-home" French-New American cuisine "with an edge" arrives in an "energetic atmosphere" at this "hipster"-magnet Mission joint; some wish the midpriced menu had a little "more pizzazz" and the service a bit more speed, but the "funky setting" alone (including "booths hidden behind a curtain") makes it "worth the wait."
