Big Oil service major - Bad work/employee practice.:
M I Drilling Fluids aks M-I Swaco aka MI LLC is an oil and gas drilling fluids provider operating in more than 70 countries. Company is based out of Houston, Texas - USA.
Bad business practice as the company hires new employees in Texas, Colorado, California and other countries and forces a 'contract' upon there employees for anywhere from $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 for a three year period. This has caused heavy damage to M-I Swaco operations not any employee in the world wants to have a 'bond' in today work culture. M-I Swaco sues employee who leave a company in a week! They don't care whether you like the job or not. They are after the employee money and the huge amount of oil clients money. Many oil client are unaware of M-I Swaco business practice - some who have learned about the charge M-I LLC/M-I Swaco puts on there own employee have broken deal with M-I Swaco.
Please be careful when any of your friend, family or anyone you know informs you that he is planning to join M-I Swaco or MI LLC. They don't know how bad there life is going to be after joining.
