this place has to be the worst place ever. for a place that prides themselves on customer satisfaction and that even donald trump goes to, they are very uncooperative and stressful to deal with. they do not work with the clients (maybe only unless you're a billionaire do they care about you) and you are better off passing up their exorbitant pricing.
