I ussually ship stuff by printing out labels from the internet, but the service was down so I went to mail-It. The people seemed nice enough, but they charged me nearly twice as much as the price should have been, telling me that my package was oversized. I do my own calculations frequently and my package was NOT oversized. I should have just left. I also had to use UPS, he told me, if I wanted tracking, but the package ID I received was unrelated my my package. I probably won't use them again to ship things.

They charged my daughter $61 to FedEx standard overnight a letter to California. The FedEx rate is only $26. They told her to send it First Overnight would cost her $160! FedEx charges $61 for this service. Any company that tries to make a $100 on their customer simply for putting a piece of paper in an envelope and handing it to the FedEx representative is not somebody I would ever want to do business with. I would encourage everyone to avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!
