Home of the Huskies, the Matawan Regional High School proudly wears maroon and gray. Built in 1962, the high school was created to serve a sudden population growth in Matawan and Aberdeen. As the only high school in the district, Matawan Regional High School educates approximately 1,070 students in grades 9-12 and is known for it's rigorous academic curriculum and strong athletic programs.
