I have lived all over the country and I have never seen a music shop like Melodee in Sterling. They have nearly every model of Martin and Taylor in stock. They also carry boutique lines like Breedlove, Collings and Huss & Dalton. My jaw hit the floor when I walked into the acoustic room. The instruments were well cared for; in tune and free from the scratches and wear you find at many large chain shops. Suprisingly, they were even less expensive than I found at the major chain box store. What an experience. The young man who helped me knew so much about his inventory and presented all this information as his humble opinion leaving me free to develop my own preferences. Best buying experience I've had. A total win, great gear, great prices, great staff!!

This place is a joke. Even though they have decent equipment at decent prices the store is a wreck and I will not give them my business. The owner and staff are all VERY unprofessional and rude. I've been "yelled" at on multiple occasions... It's sad because I'm a professional musician that would spend a substantial amount of money at this store if the owner and staff would be hospitable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!
