We found a cat who'd been hit by a car, who just needed someone to end his suffering, but MVAC turned us away because they were busy closing up shop for the day. It would've taken 5 minutes to do the right thing by that poor cat but they couldn't be bothered. I'll make a point to let everyone I know about their lack of compassion and happily refer them to a different vet.
