Blend of Californian and Mexican classics -- Cal-Mex? Seafood heavy on the menu. Not to say it's the way to order, necessarily. Freeze-dried servings, so might as well stay simple. Beans, rice, cheese, you're set. Washed down with a big ol' fruity margarita or two. Bar more packed than restaurant. Except maybe on Mondays, when food prices go cheaper.
