Won't go back:
People were waiting over an hour and they lied and said they had no idea the wait would be so long. It so happens a friend was leaving as we came in saying she had waited over an hour and had not been seen. The manager was snotty and the Dr could have cared less. They apparently tell you to be prepared to be there 2 hours because they will be late in getting to you. There was nothing that would have required that amount of time even with dilation. It seemed that the delay was the norm and if that is how they do business then I can find someone else who cares and does not overbook. My 18 month old certainly only has so much patience. If they had been up front with us, that would have been one thing, but the lady at the window wouldn't look us in the eye when she told us it would be a 15-20 min wait. We were there 2 hours and only had his eyes dilated. We left without the exam and will go somewhere else. Why reward him for such poor service?
