NIGHTMARE HOTEL!: This hotel was the worst the room was not ready untill 6pm,then we get into our room toilet overflows,tv does not work,a/c is broken,then we cannot sleep because of the bar/ojah bar on 2nd floor,we were on the 3rd floor, has people singing loud untill 3am,spoke to the gm he was no help!what a jerk that gm was!we checked out next day!

In Short Located in downtown's vibrant Little Tokyo district, this Japanese style high-rise hotel offers the discerning business or pleasure traveler Japanese hospitality with a decidedly laid back California style. To those in the know, the hotel feels more like a large Western style hotel in Tokyo.
