Our family was on vacation and broke down in our VW bus. We had the vehicle towed to their business as we broke down on hwy 1 with no safe shoulder. They charged a $165.00 diagnostic fee for what the guy said all he did was "climb under the bus and rattle the axle, it is definatley broken". They then charged us $160.00 hr repair fee to put the axle back together. They stated that the part was not in (we called a local business who stated it was). When we called to try and talk to the owner about the bill, he yelled at us and then hung up. The experience was very heartbreaking and unprofessional. I would never recommend these people to anyone.
