I'm eating crow on a very poor review that I gave to Mobility Concepts. Once the owners were made aware of our issues, they went out of their way to correct the problem and were extremely competent, apologetic and cordial to our family.

The owners promptly contacted us, listened and fixed the problem with a special chair we purchased from them. They also noticed an issue on our vehicle (we purchased through them) that we didn't even tell them about, they're going to fix that too.
