All they care about is how much money they can get from your insurance without much work. I went for my yearly cleaning but refused that they won't be cleaning. Just a month ago, My wife went and got all kinds of X-rays but they told her that they would not clean her tooth unless she agreed to some more procedure. I told her that there was really no point of getting X-rays if we don't get the service we came for. Sadly the response the lady gave me was "I am sorry that you are uneducated." I would never forget the lady and that statement.
