would buy again:
I bought my first car brand new when I was 18 from this dealership. I lucked out because I ended up loving my car. Four years later I was not ready to part with it. My mom had persuaded me to go to the dealership again to trade in my car for something new before I paid off the whole amount. I walked into the dealership with my mind made up that I was only going to look, and not get a new car because I just wanted to payoff the one I had and be happy with it. Jim Little has taken care of my moms trade ins for a number of years and has always been helpful and courtesy to her needs. Jim listened to what I wanted. He looked at the situation I was in. I'm almost 22 and only wanted to pay around the same amount I have been for the last few years. After talking for about an hour, and a test drive in a newer version of my orginal car, Jim suggested that I lease instead of owning. The benifits made more sense with leasing since I only had 32,000 miles in nearly 4 years, and with leasing I could get a new car every 3 years, everything was under warranty and the price was worth it. I am so grateful to him for just conversing with me about my comforts and working with my situations and ideas.

My husband and I had researched the leasing options for the 2011 jeep grand cherokee online. We went to the dealership to see what they had available and Jeff introduced himself to us while we were looking around the lot. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He knew everything about the different leasing and buying options and about the the different options of the vehicle. We did not purchase the vehicle that day but Jeff gave us the weekend to think about it. When we told him that we were no longer interested he went above and beyond by finding the exact color vehicle we wanted and even talked to the GM to get our payments down even more. We were very pleased by all the work Jeff did for us by getting a great trade in value for our old jeep and getting us the perfect new jeep at a great price. He is a great salesman and I will be going back to see him and recommending him to friends and family in the future.

I was in the market to purchase my first car when I e-mailed a few dealerships to get quotes and to see if I was even in the price range. Jeff was the first to e-mail me back, and he was eager to set up an appointment. He was available to meet that night, so my fiance and I went out to Monroeville Chrysler-Jeep that evening. Jeff was ready when we got there, and knew the exact car to point me towards. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all questions I had right away. Jeff and the GM worked hard at finding the right deal for me, and worked numbers so that my monthly payments and rates were right around what I wanted to spend. Once the Jeep Patriot was purchased, Jeff still paid much attention to us as we were waiting for everything to be finalized. He also followed up shortly to see how everything was going and made it a point that he is available if I have questions or need anything regarding the car. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
