Morgan Meadows Community Park

Morgan Meadows Community Park was founded in 1999, and is located at 18125 Mac Arthur Dr in North Little Rock.

I have lived in Morgan Meadows for 2.5 years since March 2013. Everything was fine under the Landlady Ms. Jean, but she passed away this winter. In June, my refrigerator went out and I submitted a maint. request on June 18th. It's now October 8th, and I still do not have a refrigerator. They took it upon themselves to mow my lawn and then had the audacity to submit a lawn bill for $50 when I still don't have a working fridge. When I complained to the temp landlady, rather than apologize or give a logical explanation about my fridge, she told me that my complaint would be accepted as a notice to vacate. I had no intention of leaving, but only wanted working appliances as my lease stated they would be maintained by the property. Seriously, choose anywhere else in the world to rent from until they get new management.
