Re: The Worst Expireince ive ever had at a retailer.:
Apparently your kids were doin something wrong. i know every one there and they are a family store and they probaly didnt like the fact that your kid was touching and puling things off the rack. or he was watching to see if your kid needed help.

i love the store theyve helped me with so much since i was 3 years old and im now 15. They always treat me politely and i go in to just hang out some times and they always treat kids and adults polietly.

The worst experience I've ever had at a retailer.:
They might as well have a big Neon sign on the front door saying "NO KIDS ALLOWED, or if you do bring them, be prepared to have them gawked at rudely by the mechanic and when you explain the experience to the owner, he basically tells you too bad."
I will NEVER ever conduct business with this shop again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I brought my 4 and 6 year old in to get them the works. New helmets, boots, jerseys, pants, chest protectors, gloves, goggles, neck protectors and well as gear bags.

As you can image, my kids were very excited. As I was finding the right size for my 4 year old, I told my 6 year old to look at the jerseys. The mechanic came into the store from the garage area and seen my 6yo looking at the jerseys, The mechanic stood there with a stern look and watched my 6yo, he was clearly annoyed that my son was shopping. He then went to the register or something, on his way back to the garage area he did the same thing with my 4yo daughter this time. My daughter turned around and saw this guy watching her and it scared her so much she ran to me. The mechanic then just turned around and walked back into the garage.

I explained the situation to the owner and he basically blew it off. No apology or anything.

I went to Cycle Gear in Pleasanton, although they didn't have much of a selection, they were able order everything I needed.

If I could rate a minus star, they would get it.
