Please don't do business here. It is very shady. My husband went here to have a leather padfolio stamped, and was given the run around for a few weeks. After finally calling and saying he would need it back if it wasn't done by the next Friday (3 days) that he would need it back because he was leaving to come back home to Louisiana, she promised it would be done. Well it was done. Completely horrible!!!! I wish i could post the pictures here to show you what she charged us $60 for! The letters for crooked, some were double stamped (!), and some were stamped all the way through the leather. We had just spent $100 on this brand new padfolio. My husband tried to explain he was not happy with it and she just said "well that's exactly what you told me you wanted." So i called and explained that we were not happy with the results and wanted a refund for the $60. And explained we were still losing $100 because of the screwup. She initially refused and said that was exactly what he wanted, and that she spent time doing it so she would not refund it. I asked "really so you stand by this job?? You were happy with the quality?? etc." She was p@!%y and finally said she would refund the $60 but she stood by her work. She said to email our address to her with the photos and she would mail us a check. I asked how we knew we would get a check, and she said that we would have the email correspondence as proof. Well that was about 8 weeks ago. So today i call and she tells me "well we're going out of business so i won't be sending that to you." I said you promised and we have the email. She told me again that she did the work and we got what we asked for. I asked "really, so you still stand by the work you did??! Wow." I feel like she knows we don't live close enough to come up there, so she can take advantage of us. Very shady. But it was quite shady all along. I will be posting reviews and pictures every where i can. Also, the lazer stamping we had done here for $20 that is BEAUTIFUL!!!
