Do not shop here horrible service and policies:
I needed an SU hoody for a game. I try to shop local as much as I can rather than big box stores, so I went to MY FAVORITE SPORTS STORE instead of Macy's or TJ MAX or Finish Line or DICK's or JC Penny's.... I found a hoody that wasn't great quality and did't fit well but I bought it because I was in a hurry. Before I left the mall I visited one other store on my way out and found a much more comfortable hoody that was a far better quality for the same price. Since I parked by MY FAVORITE SPORTS STORE I had to walk by there on the way out, so I decided to stop in and return the hoody I had just purchased there 20 minutes ago. They would only give me a refund only store credit, despite the fact that I had not even left the building with my purchase. I politely explained that I didn't want store credit I hadn't even left the mall and I wasn't happy with the product. They refused to refund my credit card. I asked to speak to the manager who simply replied "that is our policy." Which, by the way, their policy of only store credit for returns is not posted anywhere, nor do they mention it when you are checking out. I explained that I was trying to support local business, but if that is the type of policy they want to have and will not ever be more accommodating to customers I will by all my sports clothing from big box stores in the future where they have better customer service and will treat returns fairly. I would not have had this problem if I just when to a big box the first time! The manager shrugged his shoulders and said that has always been our policy. I told them I will not recommend this place to anyone, I was very displeased with my experience there and will tell everyone i know not to shop there.... This place is terrible and the overall quality of their products is poor.

Horribly Disgusted with Customer Service:
I am 100% disgusted with their customer service! I will put a review where ever I can saying the same. I ordered a Red Sox jacket for my son on 9/4/13. Order number 42820. On 9/10 I emailed asking for a tracking number... no response. On 9/13 I called and gave my phone number and they said they knew the order I was talking about and would call me by the end of the day...no call back. After not hearing from anyone by 9/17, almost 2 weeks later, I called again. You know what they FINALLY tell me? "Oh, we couldn't locate the jacket so your order was canceled." Seriously? Granted they didn't charge my card, but for Christ's sake tell people when you cancel their order. I'm really really glad that I hadn't told my son about this jacket I was getting him because had they disappointed him, I would be sooooo much more p@!%!d off. They have lost my business and I will post this same e-mail everywhere that I can to let other people know how HORRIBLE they are.
