Since 1983, My Gym Childrens Fitness Center has been providing Gymnastic Instruction, Non-membership from Woodland Hills.

My Gym children grow by leaps and bounds. Physical benefits include increased strength, balance, fitness, coordination, and motor skills. The children develop socially as they interact with coaches and their peers. Body awareness, teamwork concepts, and valuable sports skills are gained with guidance.
