I brought my (quite simple) wedding dress to the cleaners *prior* to the wedding since I was under a time crunch and had bought the dress off the rack. I received the dress back from them with no acknowledgement that they had ripped off 50% of the beading on the dress (which I had even REINFORCED to make sure this didn't happen). Not only was the dress ruined but in my "meeting" with the owner, she refused to take responsibility and blamed the dress maker --even though the dress was hand washed and no one stopped thinking "hey I'm ruining this maybe we shouldn't be 'caring' for this dress this way." Horrible services AND worse customer service -- the woman didn't care I had no dress with my wedding only weeks away and even had the nerve to bring industry newsletters regarding bead care from 1983!!!

Natural Cleaners was founded over 20 years ago by Marilyn Fleming. She had extensive experience in the industry and knew they must be a better safer way to perform dry cleaning.
