POOR customer service:
New Age Video is a one man band run by Robert. My husband and I hired him to video our wedding. We purchased his top package; close to $3,000. We were married on October 18, 2008, I started calling him in December to see when the video would be finished. He had me calling him on a weekly basis because he wasn't finished and had one excuse after another. He also NEVER returned a phone call. At the end of Feb., I contacted the wedding coordinator that recommended him and asked for help. She did manage to get him to call me back...finally. When I picked up the video, it was not professionally complete. The reception DVD ran out of tape in mid-sentence and picked up in the same place on the next DVD. He included a slideshow of stills from the ceremony where two pictures had MY EYES SHUT and one picture of my mom had her mouth contorted as if she was speaking when he paused the tape to create the still. This was terribly unprofessional and NOT anywhere near the product quality samples he showed us in the beginning. When I contacted him...as he requested...to tell him of any problems, he yelled at me, told me, "the customer is NOT anyways right," caused me to cry when he told me the video was complete and couldn't be fixed and finally, he hung up on me. He also hung up twice on the wedding coordinator that recommended him. In the end, I finally got the video on March 5, 2009 and he did fix the problems but I am not satisfied with the customer service I received and will NEVER be able to watch my own wedding video with thinking of his terribly unprofessional behavior. I dont want any other person to experience this terrible customer service and poor quality video as my husband and I have.
