Disappointed:
New Wave had closed my pool for the past three seasons. I also purchased most of my pool supplies there. Last Winter, I called New Wave when I observed the water was dropping in my pool. We had an appointment, but it rained that day. I called to reschedule. They did not call me back. Last Winter was rough and I did expect anyone to come until the Spring and when I opened the pool this year, I noted the pool water dropped about four feet. The liner shrunk , but I was happy the pool walls did not collapse.
I called New Wave and Peter was cordial and.came to my house twice in an attempt to find the leaks in my in ground pool. On the first visit he did not find any leaks. On the second visit after using "electronic detection" he found a leak behind my pool light and patched it., but left the light wobbly. The light was not the only thing screwed over.
I told Peter's brother, last weekend, the water continued to drain from the pool rapidly. I had appointment last Wednesday and Peter did not show. He said, " he would try to come Thursday. " Again, no call, no show.
I guess they ccould not figure out the problem and it was not worth their time to come back or call me to say they were not coming.
The leaks were patched by another company, Atlantic Leak by Todd the owner going into my pool with a scuba suit and locating them.
