If you expecting the sweaty little dance freak Nickie used to be, you’re in for a shock. Freshly remade and all grown up, Nickies now enjoys her funk and soul while sipping a Soju apple martini (no full bar). Nosh on braised short ribs and mac and cheese while listening to Cheb-i-Sabbah or live traditional Irish music. Sure, you can dance, but it’s not really that kind of scene anymore.
