AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE!!! My wife went in to simply color and trim her hair. Her "Hairdresser" was Nate. She asked for Shoulder-length, layered hair. She came home crying, her hair was wet, ear-length, and she still had the hair coloring dye on her forehead!!! How is that for outstanding customer service, huh? She feels absolutely mutilated, right before Valentine's day, which was supposed to be our special occasion. Not to mention that she is just recovering from a flu and acute laryngitis, and they sent her out into this cold with the hair dripping wet!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE. The manager refused to hear my concerns and was unwilling to rectify the situation in any meaningful way!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE!!!
