lady behind counter is rude custimer service stinks:
I have planter fasciitis which requires a special shoe, new balance MW928BK2, so I buy about 6-8 pairs a year because the amount I walk they break down after a few months, when I go to Okun I pick up a couple pairs because it's a long drive for me, so I get two pairs and one is defective and the other pair is white in a black box, it was a few months before I got back and the lady that is always behind the counter was very rude and irritable, and didn't want to exchange them, however the two guys in the store were more than accommodating and had no issue taking them back after all they were defective and mis packed their words. Went in a couple days ago same lady charges me an extra $10 ($119 total) when I told her they (the two guys in the store) always give me a discount usually $109 which is the on line price and probably not a discount really amyway, she said well I'm not, we have new owners now! your not getting a discount, which I question that was even the truth about new owners. That's it I'm done with Okuns the two older guys are great but the lady behind the counter has lost my business for them, she has absolutely no people skills, been buying shoes there for 40 years, I'm going to bite the bullet and order on line get them delivered to my house and save $10, always figured I'd support small business but I'm not going to be treated like I have been the last two times.
