Joe Trizza, along with his brother, Scott, and friend, Paul Sorrentino, have brought back true New York 'boiled and baked' bagels to Tulsa.

Please come by and enjoy a quality bagel made the "Old School Way", along with our great delicatessen, fresh salads and popular, homemade cookies.

The bagels are water-boiled, then baked. The dough is made fresh daily, so Old School bagels are fresh, a process that begins at 3 a.m. every morning.

Old School also offers croissants, desserts and a variety of breads to choose from, along with homemade flavored cream cheese, potato and pasta salads, and a great kids menu.
