Know Before You Go: Because the studio is near a busy intersection in an urban area, you can occasionally hear trucks, cars, airplanes and other noises during class. Instructors often play music to try and keep the sounds out, but if you're someone who gets easily distracted, this might not be the best option for you.
The Extras: One Yoga is non-profit studio. The center offers a free introduction course as well as donation-based yoga and meditation classes. Suggested donations are $8 per class.
