When Chef Salvatore Esposito was preparing to open Ottimo, he made three commitments to himself. First, that the restaurant would serve true Neapolitan cuisine, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Second, that it would be both elegant and comfortable, with a staff that would make everyone feel like family. And finally, that it would be unquestionably a New York restaurant, but one that would remind patrons of the restaurants in Italy that they had never forgotten. What started out as a vision for Chef Salvatore Esposito is now a reality for all to enjoy.
