First, that the restaurant would serve true Neapolitan cuisine, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Second, that it would be both elegant and comfortable, with a staff that would make everyone feel like family. And finally, that it would be unquestionably a New York restaurant, but one that would remind patrons of the restaurants in Italy that they had never forgotten. What started out as a vision for Chef Salvatore Esposito is now a reality for all to enjoy.
