OK - so the service was great. prompt, efficient and friendly BUT they didnt charge my card until 3 weeks later!! Under the charge Miner #4. At this point I had NO clue what the heck "miner #4" was so I disputed the charge. Come to find out that it was this company. That is such poor practice. It really put me through hell and I will not be using this company again for this reason. That is just flat out not appropriate for a company to do - delaying charges by 3 weeks... unacceptable.
