Sadly, I purchased an eternity band from them. It has been returned once for repair and loses a diamond about once a week while wearing it carefully. They refuse to provide a refund or other options and I feel they are very deceptive in their sales tactics. Turns out the ring was resized before being sold to me. An eternity band should never be resized and that is why the ring is losing stones continually.
This was supposed to be a symbol of unending love, it is turns out to be a very frustrating bit of metal in my new married life. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
If they decide to provide a full refund I will consider changing this posting.
The image was taken after a diamond was replaced and it was worn for a week. Another diamond lost due to deceptive practices of selling a ring that will never hold the diamonds properly (stated from two different jewelry professionals that said they didn't want to repair it because "another stone will fall out" unless the ring is completely rebuilt)
