Pacific Time is a chef driven, owned and operated Pan-Asian Restaurant in Old Miami Beach, Florida. Housed in a spacious 4,400 square foot "loft-like" space with distressed stucco walls, an extremely high cobalt blue ceiling, light mahogany furnishings and a tropical hardwood floor.

When Pacific Time opened its doors in 1993, some questioned its Lincoln Road location and its bold fusion of Asian flavors. Some even went so far as to suggest that perhaps chef Jonathan Eismann should return to his former career as a model. The doubters were wrong.
