Hello,
I wanted to take a moment to make a couple of comments regarding our trip last Saturday. We arrived before 11am, and were ready to play about 11:15 (it was crazy busy) at 12:30 the boys were still waiting for a beginner game at the lower fields, a staff member kept telling them about 10 minutes. At 12:30 I spoke to Johnny who immediately sent us up the hill to Brandon. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon. He apologized immediately, even though our delay was not caused by him, then he greeted each of the boys personally. He called a game for them right away and kept calling games that they could participate in, on various fields (the boys were having a great time) for the rest of the afternoon.
I own my own business and I like to hear from customers who are pleased with my employees. Please share this e-mail with Brandon and his supervisor, I think they both should know that his efforts were truly appreciated.
