I was utterly disgusted with the care of my 2 dogs this past weekend. They stayed for 4 nights at this facility and were sent home with the same amount of food they were left with, they were filthy and smelled of urine. I was handed a bed, which I provided for them, covered in feces and urine, and was told he "sprayed it with Febreeze." I was disgusted to even allow them in my packed car with my 5 week old daughter. I was a supervisor of a kennel in NC and had I ever let one of my staff or myself send an animal home smelling or looking the way mine did, I would have lost my job on the spot. I am not sure they were even let out at all after seeing the amount of feces on their bed. Both of my dogs are kennel trained and neither have EVER defecated in their kennel at home. After a 5 hour trip, with a newborn in the storming rain, we were not even able to roll our windows down or unload our vehicle because I didn't want this filth in my house and had to immediately give them a bath. I would not & WILL NOT recommend another soul to this facility and will make it my personal mission to see that other's dogs aren't treated and sent home the way mine were.
