My younger daughter decided to celebrate her birthday this past Saturday by visiting her sister who lives in Easthampton, but who works at Thorne's Market. She and her family traveled over two hours to get there from Manchester NH. My wife and I traveled an hour and a half from Bellingham to meet them. My daughter, who works in the Thorne's Market building, went to the restaurant at 12:45 and put her name in for a table, letting the employee know we would be 5 adults and two children. We were aware there was a wedding reception happening at 3:00 and there might be a wait. Wait we did, at 2:00, an hour and 15 minutes after my daughter had put in her name, we were told "we can't accommodate 7 people". Knowing the size of our group from the start, why weren't we told that at the onset that we could not be accommodated? Instead, your employees made the decision to seat parties of two, three and four people rather than move two tables together to accommodate us. We wouldn't have waited around if we knew that was their policy, especially with young children who don't have the patience of adults.

Your food may be good, but I'll never know since I was never served - and I never will return! But, your customer service is terrible and leaves much to be desired. Fortunately, we found the Siam Square Thai Restaurant just a short walk away on Pleasant St. The service was great, the food was wonderful, and they went out of their way to accommodate the kids with special plates, menus and kindness.
